How can I cancel my order?
For canceling your order please write us a message. If your order has already been dispatched we won’t be able to interfere anymore. In this case please return your order as soon as delivered.

We advise you to follow the instructions on the washing label inside the apparel. If you wish to learn more, please go to this article.

Are the products true to size?
Generally cycling apparel tends to fit very tight to reduce resistance and optimize for speed. For Club V comfort is more important than speed. So our apparel fits true to size - like normal sportswear. 

Is it possible to try the outfit before I buy it? 
Yes, you can make an appointment to fit your apparel in our studio in Amsterdam. 


Where is the Club V collection produced?
The Club V collection is 100% manufactured in the European Union: our fabrics are made of recycled plastics and sourced in Italy. Also our unique Club V padding has a recycled surface and is manufactured in Italy. Please read more on our sustainability page.

Do you offer sustainable shipping methods?
Yes, in the Netherlands we work together with Fietskoeriers. They are the most sustainable delivery party available. And they deliver, of course, by bike. For other countries we also seek for the best sustainable partners to make sure our brand activities do not cost the earth. Please read more on our sustainability page.

Do you ship to non-EU countries?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

What are the shipping rates?

  • Click & Collect in our studio in Amsterdam is free forever
  • Standard shipping in NL is 4EUR and free on all orders over 75 EUR
  • Standard shipping to Belgium and Germany from 6,50 EUR and free on all orders over 150 EUR
  • Standard shipping in Europe is 15 EUR and free on orders over 200 EUR 
  • Worldwide shipping e.g. to the United States, is 25 EUR and free on orders over 300 EUR

Please double check your shipping rate. Please note that shipping to non-EU countries can cause additional charges, costs or taxes.

Is express delivery also possible?
No, we do not offer express delivery. If you are in a hurry, please send us a message and we will find a way to help you.

What is your standard delivery period?
It depends on the country we are shipping to. We will dispatch the product normally within 24hours. 

Do you have track and trace?
Yes, you will receive your tracking code to your inbox directly after your checkout.


What is your return policy?
You can return your original and unworn items within 30 days. Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return. It is also possible to return the item to our studio in Amsterdam without any cost. Please make an appointment for the return here.

Is it possible to exchange a product?
If you wish to exchange a product, please return it and place a new order in our store.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
When we have received the items in their original condition, we immediately start processing the refund. It may take 4-6 business days until the amount is refunded to your account.

No, we sell through our online store.

No, our focus is on apparel for women.
